A Good Character Ruined

This movie abandons the carefully crafted, cerebral character loved by so many readers, and artfully represented in previous screen versions. Think Holmes and Watson become professional wrestlers.
Most regrettable is that thousands of moviegoers will now adopt precisely the wrong view of Sherlock Holmes.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
