This movie gave a true look at the era. Not always well treated but also not everyone viewed themselves as victims. I saw a lot of strength in this story. It was very close to the book which amazed me.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

This was an AWESOME family movie. I loved how it shows people should never stop trying to help. Forget about stereotypes and listen from the heart.
The actors were outstanding! It didn't seem like 2 hours.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
