did not live up to expection. was worth my time. it never seemed to have any scense of reality. Speilberg can do better.

My wife and I are both 60 +, we loved it. It was just as much dumb fun as the first footloose.

Very entertaining. My concern is that too many people both young and old get all their history from movies such as this one. It gave a disturbing portrait of the white men and women of this community, Probably truth as well as fiction. I would venture to bet that out of a hundred white families in that community, if their servant asked for a $75 loan to send their child to college, better than 90% would give it if possible. The light hearted and funny way the feces in the food incident was handled was entirely inappropriate. Just as sex and violence in the media may affect some to the extent of being violent, so might the justice of having a bigoted white eat ones feces. Think about how many of us white folk eat food prepared and served by black folk. Some of whom may have an idea now of pay back.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
