I will start off by saying that I LOVED, really LOVED the four book series by Stephanie Meyer. My partner and my daughter LOVED them. I had co-workers at work that also fell in love with the series and we talked about each book in detail. Now, the movie. We waited with so much anticipation for the movie, but alas, it was empty of character, void of emotion and such a disappointment. It would be impossible to follow if you didnt read the book. Amusing to see some of the character ideas, but overall a waste of ticket money. Read the books, they are incredible. Skip the movie.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
