Simply Amazing!

I saw this movie opening night on IMAX and all I can say is WOW! Finally a Star Trek that everyone can enjoy. J.J. Abrams has created a masterpiece that accurately captures the beauty and deadliness of space. The casting was dead on though there were a few giggles when Chekov started speaking because the actors impersonation seemed a little over-the-top. Chris Pines makes for a great Capt. Kirk and Quinto is a very believable Spock. Our theatre was packed with a normal crowd. The majority of people who were there were ordinary moviegoers but, from the reactions of the crowd, it is clear this movie has much broader appeal than any Star Trek movie before it. I therefore rate this movie one of the MUST SEE movies of the year.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
