Plot good, language horrible

Started out a little slow, but got better. The storyline was good and I thought Adam Sandler did a really great job, as did his assistant. However, I saw no use for the constant "f" bomb and anatomy jokes. A few might have been funny, but it was way overused. It was poignant and thought provoking and I did like it - just not the "in your face" language.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
