Good entertainment but too long

I liked the first half of the movie but then it started dragging and sometimes lost sight of the theme. It could have been easily shorter by at least 20 minutes. Ranbir was good. Katrina didn't look quite as good as some of her other movies but acted OK. Lots of good actors were wasted in non-significant roles.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Good movie overall! A little too much intense and bloody violence. Could have been avoided. Also, too long. Could have been shorter by atleast 20 mins. Some loose threads here and there but the plot was gripping and entertaining overall. Amir was great as usual. Music was not as good coming from AR Rehman except for Guzarish.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
