Just a Disappointment

Fame failed to live up to the hype, the t.v. program, and the original film in every way except for the casting of the instructors at P.A. The writing was painfully inept and there was not a single developed character or relationship in the whole film. The few incidents of conflict were fleeting, at best. To make it worse, the directing was weak and many of the teen actors left much to be desired. I would steer clear of this film as it is best described as "Unrealized Potential" in every way.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
