Comedic perfection

Not in a long time have I enjoyed a movie as much as this one. It is laugh-out-loud hysterical, with a razor sharp script and brilliant comedic acting, delivered with perfect timing and balanced by a haunting poignancy. I guarantee you will LOVE this movie.

Take a compelling story, add creative and top-of-the-game acting; blend a sizable dollop of inner darkness with perfectly timed injections of warmth and humor. Mix all together on a tableau of strikingly beautiful cinematography, tight direction, and an uncanny sense of timing. The result? A delicious theatrical experience for all senses. As one of my guests said, "the first iteration of this was about John Wayne, this one is about the story."

Cute but simple plot. Amusing but not great. I was late but had no trouble catching on to the plot
