Good for diehard fans

Since my BFF's made it an outing, complete with champagne brunch, we enjoyed the experience of the film. It was not nearly as good as the first one which I loved. Some of the dialog was laugh-out-loud funny, but some of the actions were over the top, bordering on caricature, particularly Samantha. The plot was thin, which they seemed to try and cover with fabulous scenery and costumes, which were pretty fabulous. Overall, as a diehard fan I enjoyed it, but hope SITC3 is better.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
