As a die-hard X-File fan, I was first in line for this movie, knowing with Carter, Duchovny and Anderson back together, you couldn't help but believe. In true X-Files fashion, the music, cast and storyline were over the top. It kept with the scientific-have to see it to believe it (go Scully) and phenomenon-open up and believe it no matter what (go Mulder), while adding references to past encounters that only the devoted would pick up on and love. Was thrilled to have it start years down the road with Scully and Mulder still push-pulling their way through life, and still together. If you're a fan, you have to see it. If you're not a fan, buy the boxed set, watch the series and then go see it.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
