What a revelation!

I was not at all familiar with this Hamlet Opera. The voices of the leads were wonderful. The music was wonderful and gorgeously played - in pariticular, the trombone solos had a magnificent tone. But of greatest note is the acting, led my an amazing Hamlet - a modern day Olivier, last minute Ophelia fill-in and the Queen. Best acting I have seen in an Opera in many years.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
