The movie is a lot better if you readthe book first. A lot of what happens in the story is not conveyed very well in the movie and if you haven't read the book it is more diffcult to understand what is happeing in some of the scenes.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

This is one of the poorest movies i have viewed in a long time. Don't waste your money even when it comes out on DVD.
