Movie content was good... story line was interesting, action was exciting... very noticeable lack of accent... every other movie I have seen of this period, they had the British accent.. .only the first line of the movie utilizes it... kinda throws you off a bit but all in all, decent Saturday afternoon flick
Took my daughters expecting a typicall Miley Cyrus type kid-show... pleasantly surprized. Miley was very convincing as the teen angst ridden daughter, the chemistry between her and Liam showed thru...the writing followed very true to life situations, I think everyone will a little connect something from their own life in this film. BRING TISSUE. Bobby Coleman was excellent as little brother Jonah
My kids, 8 and 12, liked them movie but it seemed really long to me... the message in the begining seemed to me that you shouldn't tell your parents things .. but in the end, it turns out well.
I took my 8 yr old and 12 yr old as they are big fans of the books... storyline was much the same as the book so there are no surprizes there but the ending taught the kids a valuable lesson about being a good friend. There were some funny scenes... funny to a kid... so if you are a parent that is not to particular and you want to see your kids get a few good laughs then this may be for you.
pleasantly surprized on how this movie played out... you know you've seen a good movie when you end up still talking about it the next day... would recommend to my friends as this had the right amount of shoot 'em up and comedy.
The previews looked a little scary so I was reluctant to go ... pleasantly surprized... this movie will keep you thinking... This movie will keep you on the edge until the very end...
Probobly a cute movie for small children 3-6 years. My "inbetween" kids thought it was ok but not GREAT. There are a few, very few, funny scenes but overall, it was hard to follow.
