So Disappointed

I have been waiting for this film for years. Hard to believe that Rob Marshall missed the mark, especially after "Chicago". This was flat and boring, mainly because Day-Lewis was miscast. As a musical theater and film fan, I am worried that adaptations like this will kill the genre before I get to see some of my favorite shows on the big screen.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
