Having seen the stage version, we were anxious about the stars' singing abilities...didn't need to worry, after all (except for Pierce Brosnan, sorry)..Meryl Streep did a great job and the actress playing her daughter had a wonderful voice. Great, upbeat, enjoyable movie...left feeling good and humming Abba songs...lots of fun...scenery was spectacular and plot was richer (filling in gaps from stage version)..
Yes, I recommend this movie.
