Not Classics, But Great Fun

While this was much more action oriented than the novels, the action element was fun and Robert Downey Jr. was excellent as usual. Jude Law and Rachel McAdams made great supports for his character.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Big Improvement

While I thoroughly enjoyed the first movie, I truly loved this one. You can tell the success of the first film brought them a much bigger budget. The effects were spectacular. The skin tones and lighting were better. As a HUGE fan of the books, I was very pleased to see the way the movie was done.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

I thoroughly enjoyed this movie and felt it was a good interpretation of the book, which is not often the case. The mood was set perfectly as was much of the cast.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Deeper Take on Tormented Superhero

I thought this movie showed a much deeper take on the traditional tormented superhero figure. The lonliness and extreme feelings of being different. And Will Smith is the master of conveying various emotions whatever the role.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
