Supersized Hollywood Junk Food

Some fun as thrill ride, but most of this far-too-long movie is contrived and not believable. I laughed frequently at ridiculous dialogue and plot points. Like the formulaic chase scenes where our protagonists were continually just out of reach of advancing elements of natural disasters. The premise is actually interesting, but come on... with this kind of money, couldn't they deliver a decent script? Then again, maybe this is exactly what the mainstream movie audience wants, in which case I have to roll my eyes over our fast-food culture.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
