Kids will love the action and the 3-D special effects. The story is pretty weak but the complete 3-D (from opening through closing credits) effect is worth the ticket price. My 8 year old niece loved it and I was entertained. Definitely one for the 10 and under crowd.
Very funny. Don't expect this to be like the TV show - this Max is smart and sensitive. I like the expansion of the character as the TV show, while amusing, was really a one-joke theme. Kids will love the action and adults will enjoy the characters.
Definitely not one of Myers' best efforts; however, it does have its moments. Geared toward the Jr. High crowd with a lot of bathroom humor and sexual inuendos. Worth a matinee price when you want to be entertained without thinking.
Although not as good as the original, the latest in the Indiana Jones chronicles is still good fun. With plenty of adventure and nearly non-stop action all are sure to enjoy the romp. Harrison Ford reprises his role with a wink to the past and delivers a solid preformance. It was great to have Karen Black back in the role of Marian - the chemistry between the characters is still there along with the verbal sparring.
I found Leatherheads to be a cute and entertaining story. Although the jokes were old, George Clooney and Renee Zellweger did a good job with the material. The mix of still scenes between the action was well done and provided a needed transition between scenes that didn't always mesh. Overall, I enjoyed the film and would recommend it to someone looking for a light-hearted comedy that doesn't take itself seriously.
