Eastwood's directorial excellence shines in this rather tired plot. Bits of serendipity, both positive pleasing and negative tragic, became the overriding theme for me. This, rather than dwelling on the unknown of what follows death. The boys are wonderful!
First time I've seen/heard applause at the movies in some time! It was a loaded with people late morning show - very unusual. Lots of fun; you don't even notice the intelligence community is getting trashed again:) Definitely a happy fun film...
Try to be part of the solution; find balance. Remember nothing replaces the attention of competent, caring adults and having one peer friend to share with. The discussion has been going on and on and on and will continue. It's the actions that count.
Hubris and Arete but Arete left the room. What we are left with is a well played study of starry eyed entrepreneurial wishing and wanting. Fiction with hints of objective reality, it is a bit depressing actually.
Tense, smart, tightly drawn, thoughtful cinematography, strong attention to detail, often riveting, an homage to consequences. Any more info is too much info. Just go see it:)
I hardly know what to write without giving the entire plot away. Actually, if you see the trailer, you're almost there... not sure it would have scared the 13-yr old me either.
While not a big fan of the series, this one is fast and fun. Good plot choices like "who really cares where the tentacled thingies come from?" Lovely scenery. Strong women; strong men. That's all good. Also, not too much focus on vampires, which have become quite dull. Enjoy.
Such beautiful young men so busy romanticizing crime and violence, little Expendables-in-training. The street running was awsome - well done! Fun references to earlier films, i.e. the circular shooting scene. Enjoy;)
Such beautiful voices, particularly Murray, so in fit with each character. The beautiful child in and out of many scenes was a clear and consistent thread of hopefulness throughout.
Fun and fast - gratuitous everything. Piranha does what it set out to do plus a little more. Loved the, dare I say, lighthearted humor smack in the middle of two unrelentingly violent bloody segments!
