As a Twi-hard, this portion was integral for the whole series...But there is so much of Bella's opinion about why she feels so strongly about this baby that is missing. Bella spends the entire movie as a victim, and the book didn't make it so. She asserts herself only once or twice in the movie, but the book is entirely about her inner thoughts and perspective which is largely missing in this movie. the wedding was so much more drawn out than in the book, and you could tell they were trying to stretch this into two different movies. I don't think it really needed to be split.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
