A GOOD ATTEMPT AT SHOCKING THE WORLD

It just depends on how "artsy" you are whether you will like this movie or not. You either have to decide if it is a movie showing how homophobic people are in this country, especially in the south or if it is a movie shocking you with nudity and odd situations.
I think it is a movie about both and enjoyed parts of the movie. It was a little over the top at times and some parts would offend even the most liberal person, but it is worth viewing.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
