'Twilight,' being my favorite book of the series, will always hold a special place in my heart and will always be my favorite of the series. That being said, I would have to say 'Eclipse' is definitely my second favorite of the film series. I thought it was better filmed than 'Twilight' and the chemistry between the actors was better than in 'New Moon.' There weren't any lulls in the story and it represented the book really well. One of the reasons I love the films is that they stay true to the books with little changes and just the right amount of omissions. I would definitely recommend this film to everyone. There is something for everyone to enjoy in this installment. While the love triangle does take center stage throughout the film, it is well balanced with good action sequences and a great story line.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
