A well written script based on the original Star Trek. JJ Abrams really put together a fantastic film. I don't give it 5 stars because there are a couple transitions that aren't very smooth.
I think this has the possibility to carry forward like the new Dark Knight series. Edgier and better written than the original movies.

I can believe the Oscar rumors about Heath Ledger now. He brought everything to the picture. It is a long movie, but you're on the edge of your seat so much you just don't notice it.

A very good film. About time we had a film where the concept of science is promoted. Great cast, very well written, smart and very action based. Clean enough for the younger kids over 10.
