John Cameron was incredibly brilliant in Titanic, but really outdid himself with Avatar. It is a very spiritual movie with a profound message if one looks for it. It shows that if the US Military leaders are corrupt and depraved, the troops are equally misguided. Special effects were spectacular, although they need to work on the 3D some more because the planes (not flying kind) were too obvious. He obviously was copying Spielberg, too. Otherwise will become another classic in its own right.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
