Excellent movie but not for young children

As an adult the move was entertaining and plausible. The Joker was well played and Batman showed he was human after all. This is not recommended for small children no matter how much they beg. I would say a older teenage child can understand the social issues raised within the movie.

I have yet to master the walking on air or water method myself, but I so enjoy watching these types of movies. The story is a little light, but it has a good plot of good verses evil with the struggle of good to become better with him and her self oppose to taking the "safe" path. I will not spoil the story here, but if you like a story of good person who starts as shy and fearful of his or her own shadow, works hard to better him or her self, and fights evil with help of his or her friends, then this is a must see. Lots of action with some story development, but it is enjoyable in any case.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
