Visually stunning, otherwise dull

I can't overemphasize how visually beautiful and interesting this film is. But as they say in the theater, you leave humming the scenery. With an original storyline, this film would be fabulous. But with a rehash of Pocahantas, Dancing with Wolves, etc., Cameron missed a major opportunity.
If you can see it in the theater in 3D, go. Otherwise, it's a toss-up.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
