Over-hyped in wake of tragedy

Excellent comic book story rendered into a movie. Five Stars all the way. BUT, it was a little too long, the hero a little too behind the eight ball, the assistant DA unconvincing as a love interest and jeeze, did the Bat Man's grating over modulated voice ever get on my nerves. HL carried the movie as much as Jack N. did in the previous Joker role...
Yes, I recommend this movie.
