I'm typically a fan of the recently developed Superhero/Comic Book movie genre. I was really excited to see this movie, but left it at the end feeling disappointed. How'd Wolverine get the name Logan, I thought his names was James/Jimmy? Why didn't Gambit have a Cajun accent? Sure, he was in New Orleans, but the character is not the same without the accent. The ending also left a bit to be desired. From what I remember, Dead Poo. couldn't do EVERYTHING that they were having him do.
I'm afraid that the directors of the X-Men movies are taking artistic liberties which ultimately deviate too much from the original plot. Such is the case with X-Men Origins: Wolverine
No, I do not recommend this movie.
