I have seen the movies because I read and enjoyed the books, but the books were far better than the movies. I think that the drama and chemistry just don't convey. Plus, I don't like Kristin Stewart and Taylor Lautner at all. She's as interesting as paper. He's a terrible actor. Kristin and Robert should have let the second director replace him rather than gang up against for trying to secure a better actor. Oh, and the underscore is so melodramatic. It's sad that something so mediocre is making so much money, but I'm to blame just as much as everyone else for forking money over for this.
Yes, I recommend this movie.

Yes, the movie had it's moments, but it was a retred. I was kind of bored with it. I should have known better. Most sequels never live up to the greatness of the original.
I must admit that I dragged my feet in seeing this movie. I thought it was going to be one of those scary alien pics. What I saw, instead, was an insightful and metaphorical movie with a strong political message. It was a political commentary on apartheid, racism and refuge camps, and how people are disenfranchised because they are different. It was very smart of them to cast a group of unknowns because it allows the viewer to focus on the story and not the star. I recommend that people go see this with an open mind. It's terrific and original.
