I feel so strongly, I'm actually reviewing this- I read the books & was excited to see the movie. What a disappointment! It is poorly done. SOME of the acting is ok - James, Jacob, Charlie, Cullens... Edward was awkward. He's HOT, but his role was just not shown well. Most of the acting is bad. The storyline is SO choppy. They cut & changed things. If I had not read the book, I wouldn't have been able to follow. Important things in the book - character development & Bella's lullaby, Bella/Edward's relationship, the Cullens, none of that was there! The Cullens' white house was described in detail in the book. The movie did not depict it even close to that. There are many other examples the same way. Read the book. The movie is mediocre.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
