Someone needed to save me from this movie. Yeah the action sequences were cool and there was a hot chic to watch and some hot dudes to watch, but did I care about any of the characters? Was there ANY character development for any of the "real" humans? Did I feel like I couldn't go to the restroom in the middle of the movie for fear of missing something? The answer to all these questions is "no." Just go see Star Trek a second time and spend your money and time wisely.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
