No wonder the critics are mad - this is Tyler Perry's BEST movie yet! He breaks all the Hollywood rules - makes movies with family values, that are entertaining, original, and popular, plus he is a man of character, much talent and black! By the way, he's also a pretty good actor, and not just as Madea.It's nice to see a good man win - despite what the critic "gods" think - Go Tyler - show them how a real professional does it!
Yes, I recommend this movie.

"A Breath of Fresh Air"

"Miss P Lives for a Day" is a breath of fresh air to all movie-goers tired of the plotless slasher movies claiming to be horror films and the clueless bathroom clowns claiming to be comedies. Here is a REAL movie, with a real plot, real characters (that you have feelings for), real acting ,dialogue with up to 5 syllables, and a touch of dry British humor. Very refreshing and entertaining. Although some have billed it as a "chick flick" ( and admittedly it is a bit of a contrived romantic happy ending), with all of its many attributes, not to mention glorious settings and costumes, even the men in the audience seemed pleased. All in all, a very entertaining little film - thumbs up from this viewer!
