Feelings of Dread

Paranormal Activity was a simple & interesting story. But it had some of the more frightening images I've ever watched on film (and I love horror movies!) Forget the blatant blood & gore of the the usual Hollywood horror flick & settle in for some freaky feelings of dread!
I don't feel like the movie is over-hyped, I just think some moviegoers want in-your-face effects & scares. Paranormal Activity is horribly frightening because it's seemingly real & that leaves you unnerved.
I loved the movie, though I'd be interested to see what the ending was like before Paramount made any changes (just out of curiosity). Overall, I was genuinely frightened & highly recommend it to fellow horror fans.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
