Okay, I love Star Trek, always have. I enjoyed the references to previous movies, storylines and plot twists ....however, I think there was enough going on to engage even those who have never seen the originals. This was my first 3D movie and it was cool. Can't wait for the next installment !!

I have to say That I think Daniel Craig to be the best of the recent Bond actors and he certainly been consistent in his films. My family thoroughly enjoyed this film and look forward to more with D.Craig !

First, let me say that I liked it. It was fairly predictable, fairly acted and fairly funny with some of the old characters and a few new slimy ones. The fact is that it did not connect in all ways and although Josh Brolin had K's character down to a T....Tommy Lee didn't look like he really wanted to be there. To surmise that the reason that K was an emotionless robot all those years due to ..........ok I won't ruin it...but it didn't quite work for me. Take it for what it is and enjoy the movie, on Netflix.

I went to see this movie with my husband and adult son. I thnk we were all expecting a Fast and Furious type movie. This was not it .I thought it was a darker, quieter story which reinforced the old sayin- watch out for the quiet ones....the action scenes were layed out for maximum effect and the camera work was brilliant. As another reviewer stated, there are long silences..but I saw that as on purpose, to make you think...the guys liked it, but I eally liked it.
