Great film, but wanted more Julia and less Julie

An excellent film -- Meryl Streep completely NAILED Julia Child, I almost forgot I wasn't watching the "real" Julia. Though Amy Adams did a good job in her portrayal of Julie, I found myself caring nothing for her character and rather resenting her rather undeserved overnight success, in contrast to the many years of work that Child put in. Still, it was a very enjoyable film and I'd expect Streep to get an Oscar nomination for her role.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
