Excellent job overall. Great storyline. Tyler Perry took a backseat in his role and allowed the others to show themselves. Great variety of cast. No cursing, no violence (besides the wife getting backhanded...which she deserved), and yet still a great movie that kept your attention throughout. Loved Kathy Bates character, as well as Cole Hauser (did I mention that is a fine white man!!!!)
Yes, I recommend this movie.
