The movie definitely hit it's target demographic. If you go in remembering that this is a film for young adults, you'll have no complaints. I thought it captured the idea of young romance pretty well, but you don't get to see the development of that love. I felt like Bella fell for Edward overnight. That's not love, that's a crush.
The casting of Edward was right on the mark. He's gorgeous and charismatic on screen. The casting of Bella was a little harder for me to accept. All in all, I would definitely see it again.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
