Not bad, but not as good as the others

As is often the case these days, they play off jokes and action scenes from the previous films, then overkill in true sequel fashion. It was a bit long and dumbed down to a "kiddie" level, obviously to rake in revenues across all age groups, including the little kids who will watch same film repeatedly.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
