Authentic in every respect.......for us who grew up with Sister Mary Sunshine looking over our shoulder....the feeling is there, the look of the school, the demeanor of the actors....all right on....Meryl Streep is great but Amy Adams steals the film when she stands up to Streep....bet that didn't happen to often in real life....Bless me Father but I still have doubts.
The acting is superb...the photography was true to the location of the story, i.e. somewhat seedy and not in clear focus. the story line is believable with the one exception at the end....Without giving away the ending, suffice to say that there were other alternative ways to resolve the "problem". Definitely a movie I would recommend to my friends...leave the kids at home unless you want them to learn some creative terms for their foreign friends!
