I understand that it is a challenge to scale down the extensive book content to make a cohesive movie (and it's nearly impossible to make a book fan truly happy). Given this, I felt they included the key plot points. Overall they did a good job and I really enjoyed the movie. My only real complaint is the ending. I was disappointed that it wasn't as climactic as it could have been. I don’t understand why they didn't include the big fight scene. Also, I didn't feel the extent of Harry's sadness and anger. Perhaps, this was partly due to a blah fight scene and the lack of build up at the end. It almost seemed like they got to the end and had to cut out a bunch to finish in time.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
