My son and I 37 and 64 respectively saw the new Star Trek last night - neither of us are Trekies - great movie and a great foundation for a renewed francise - great story line and VERY well done replacement of the old guard - good stuff - the theater that we were in had people sitting in the aisles (at least until the ushers got there)
Yes, I recommend this movie.
