This would have made an excellent video game. A movie? Not so much. And if you're a Jodie Foster fan, do NOT go see this movie. An incredibly hideous performance from someone I've always considered to be an excellent actress.

I went to this movie expecting an action flick with little dialogue or character building. It's a step or two above your average action flick with an all-star cast and dialogue that assumes you know a little about the Korean conflict.
Pros well paced, great story, great actors

Patton Oswalt's performance was great, Charlize Theron's way over-rated. Movie was just meaningless and depressing. Save your money, folks.

Fun, Funny, and Memorable

Leads had movie chemistry -- a rarity lately -- and the supporting cast was great, particularly Sarah Burns as the social worker.
Josh Duhamel has finally found his movie mojo and Katherine Heigl was, as alway, picture perfect.
Great movie.

Iron Man

Fun, engrossing, and Robert Downey Jr. is terrific. Impossible to imagine anyone else playing Tony Stark.
Gwyneth Paltrow is gorgeous and believable and Jeff Bridges does his normal great work.
Go see this movie. And it's okay to take the kids -- the bedroom scene is quick and unoffending.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
