X-Men Origins: Wolverine

I loved this movie!!! I plan to see it again with friends/family. When I initially saw the preview months ago, I waited in anticipation of again viewing what would be done with The Wolverine character from the X-Men films that I love so much. I am definitely looking forward to sequels of this film! It was very well done; intriguing, action-packed from start to finish, and it left me wanting more! The true mark of a great film. I hope that in the sequels to come, the other characters that we all remember from the X-Men are also further developed to be added to this new beginning.

Narnia - Prince Caspian

I saw this movie on opening day, and was eager to arrive at the 10am showing. I was not disappointed. This movie is action packed, and held some level of mystery throughout.
The references to the trees, the beavers, Mr. Thomas, and the White Witch, allowed viewers who were familiar with the original saga to remember, yet keep their focus on the current saga and things that were unveiling as the new story was revealed.
It was also very interesting to see the time portal open in a rather "Harry Potterish" manner this time, rather than through the familiar wardrobe passage, allowing the royal four to enter the realm of Narnia. I loved the fact that all the original characters were kept for the new film, and that they played the roles at their current age, rather than at the grown-up age they were when they were last in Narnia.
I thoroughly enjoyed the film and eagerly await the release of the DVD so that I may add it to my collection along with the original film. It is a definite "must see".

Pretty Funny

This movie had some very funny moments. It did keep my attention for the entire movie. Leslie Nielsen was his usual hilarious self. It was very entertaining for the group of us who went to see it .
