old indi new effects

Okay,
So i have been an Indiana Jones Fan for as long as i can remember. i grew up in the 80's and i love the old movies.
while the hand of the post 1980's George Lucas can clearly be felt here (something that i can't say i was too happy about) Spielberg and Ford were able to keep him in check enough to make a movie worthy of the title Indiana Jones. the humor was right on, the effects were good with out being constantly over the top, and the action was fun. as always a bit of suspension of belief is necessary, but all in all i loved it. 3 soft points. 1: Shia LaBeouf swing through the trees was too much. 2: the end reminded me too much of the ending of an old Brendan Fraser movie... you will know exactly what i am talking about when you see it!. 3: Lucas really needs to learn to stop tying things up quite so neatly.
