Great for Tweens

I took four kids between the ages of 9 and 11 to see this film. The 11 year olds are huge fans of the books. All of them enjoyed the film but my son (one of the 11 year olds) was disappointed that some of the major parts of the story were left out. Still worth seeing. Uma Thurman as Medusa can't be missed!
Yes, I recommend this movie.
