I have to hand it to Pixar yet again for caring so much about creating high-quality family entertainment. The plot in Toy Story 3 is as strong (and respectful of its audience) as its incredible visuals. You get so wrapped up in the movie that you forget about the 3D, but it does enhance the experience. The nods to classic prison escape films were hilarious. The ending left me, my husband, and our 17-year-old son in a puddle of tears.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
