Good Movie, Predictable

A little dramatic, but a good movie. From about half-way through it becomes very predictable. Depp and Jolie have a few too many slow motion eye contact moments, but after all it is just a movie. Good fun if you don't want anything to serious and are a Jolie fan. Take it for what it is, a movie to look at Jolie.

Very good movie, the fact that it is based on true story makes it even better. It seems like they could have made the movie move a little faster. It seemed to drag on but Morgan Freeman did such an outstanding job that he made the slow pace worth the movie. Bottom line: worth seeing.

A Great Laugh

Loved this movie because they vocalized the thoughts we all have but never say out loud. Couldn't figure out why there were so many kids in the theatre, now I know why. The movie is full of lovemaking scenes. Definitely needs the R rating, but the movie wouldn't have been the same without those scenes. Laughed the whole way through. Fun for a group of girls, probably not a first date movie!

Ellen page stole the show and was the only reason I stayed in the theatre. I was waiting for something to happen to turn the movie around and make it worth watching but it never happened, just kept going on and on.
No, I do not recommend this movie.
