Lincoln is portrayed as a multi-faceted man whose humanity was startling and uncommon. He was both above his times and yet of it -- not better in every way, but better in many ways. Daniel Day-Lewis believable both when standing up for principle and when prevaricating.
Pros well paced, great story, great actors, believable
Yes, I recommend this movie.

This smart, political movie about muscle building and the American dream is as good as anything by Michael Moore -- maybe better in giving both sides a chance to make their case. Ultimately, you'll be surprised how sympathetic you feel about seemingly single-minded bodybuilders and their quest for size -- definitely a must-see not only for muscleheads but also for anyone trying to discern the direction of American culture.
Yes, I recommend this movie.
