It's a beautiful tale of this young girl and her father's attempts to preserve their family in the harsh beautiful outskirts of american society. The region is called "The Bathtub" and its battling for survival in Louisianna. The movie perfectly showcases the powerful passionate struggles thru the eyes of 6 year old nicknamed Hushpuppy. It's part magical realism, part documentary and worth seeing.
Pros great story, great actors
